Reference project sheet
What this is
A concise, one‑page table that records a past contract (or project) the contractor has successfully delivered which is relevant to the current tender. It shows the client, contract value, scope, dates, and the specific elements that demonstrate the contractor’s capability.
When you need it
During the preparation of the tender dossier, especially when the procurement documents request “references” or evidence of technical and professional ability (see Article 58(4) of Directive 2014/24/EU). It is also useful for any selection‑criteria question about past experience.
How to fill it in
- Identify a project that matches the subject‑matter of the current tender (same sector, similar size, comparable deliverables).
- Record:
- Client / contracting authority
- Contract reference / title
- Value (EUR) – include original contract value and any adjustments.
- Period (start–end dates)
- Scope summary (what was supplied, installed or serviced).
- Outcome (completed on time, performance rating, any awards).
- Attach supporting documents (contract award notice, completion certificate) as annexes to the tender submission.
- Ensure the information is verifiable – keep copies of the original contract or public procurement notices.
