What this is
A concise one‑page overview that presents the contractor’s legal identity, core activities, financial and technical capacity, and relevant experience. It is used by contracting authorities to assess eligibility (Article 57) and selection criteria (Article 58).
When you need it
Required during the pre‑qualification stage of a public procurement procedure when the authority asks for an ESPD annex or a separate capability statement – typically before the formal tender submission.
How to fill it in
- Company details – name, registered address, VAT/Tax ID, legal form.
- Core activities – list up to three main service or product categories with short descriptions.
- Financial capacity – provide turnover for the last 3 financial years (total and contract‑related if applicable) and indicate whether it meets the proportionality test of Article 58(3).
- Technical capacity – enumerate key certifications, licences, or accreditations relevant to the contract (e.g., ISO 9001, CE markings).
- Relevant experience – list up to three recent contracts of similar value and scope; include client name, contract value, and duration.
- Contact person – name, role, phone, email for any clarifications.
