What this is

When you need it

How to fill it in
- Identify the clause – locate the Indefinite‑Delivery contract clause in the solicitation (Section L, Contracting Clauses or the SOW).
- Determine IDIQ type – decide whether you will submit a single award (market survey/justification required) or a multiple‑award (if the solicitation allows it). The contracting officer will specify in § 16.5(a)(4) the preferred approach.
- Prepare task‑order description – each task order must describe performance, price, and period of performance based on the IDIQ. List the proposed performance plan, unit of price, and CLINs.
- Check SAM representations/certifications – verify all required representations (52.204‑8) are current; otherwise the offer will be rejected.
