Project Title: Modernized Application for Consumer and Healthcare Provider VAERS Reporting This acquisition supports development of a modernized reporting experience that incorporates a redesigned VAERS landing page and navigation, a guided reporting workflow with branching logic for public versus healthcare-provider submitters, an intelligent validation that assists with form completion, customer centric tooltips, informational popups and reactive design site navigation, modern / reactive popup frequently asked questions (FAQ) features. 8/18/2026 Updates: 1. Questions are due 8/20/2026 2:00 PM ET. 2. Add Attachment 1 Artificial Intelligence (AI) Use Compliance and Risk Management Plan. 8/31/2026 Updates: 1. Amendment 1 with Q&As. 2. Updated solicitation. Note the new deadline for offers is 9/8/2026 10:00 AM ET. 9/3/2026 Updates: 1. Amendment 2 with answer to question #116. 2.
