Description
The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, and materials to replace the waterproofi ng system per the attached contract documents (Herbert C. Hoover Building, Courtyard 2 Water Infiltration Resolution). This includes but is not limited to topping slab, drainage boards, drains, plumbing, flashing, control joints, expansion joints, granite pavement and granite base course. Repair all cracks and spalls in the structural slab prior to installation of new fully adhered waterproofing membrane. The waterproofing system must be adequately transitioned into adjacent waterproofing and building components. This solicitation is only open to IDIQ holders of the GSA East Coast Corridor IDIQ.
