Annual Generator Maintenance Contract BASE YEAR + plus 2 option years: Requirement: CONTRACTOR TO PERFORM ANNUAL PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE ON ELEVEN (11) KOHLER BACKUP GENERATORS PER STATEMENT OF WORK #96526363 SOW. An additional $10,000 to be included in the cost for emergency repairs. Any unused funds will be removed at the end of the period of performance. Please provide hourly labor rate for emergency repairs: $__________ per hour. Fixed call out charge per emergency repair (if applicable): $____________ per occurrence. This is a sole source procurement with Kinsley Power Systems. All responsible parties may submit a quote which will be evaluated.
