Description

Design, Development, Engineering, Technical, Programmatic, and Configuration Support Services Task Order in support of Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane Division, Rapid Mission Integration and Interoperability Department (MX), Model Based Engineering Assessment Division (MXM). Services shall include design, development, engineering, technical, programmatic, and configuration support for Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations (EMSO) enabled analysis and mission engineering to include development of analysis and mission engineering capabilities for the Joint Forces in all Surface, Air, Ground, Undersea, and Space domains. These EMSO mission engineering analysis services will include the test and evaluation to include, but not limited to experimentation of fielded capabilities, soon to be fielded capabilities, and Science and Technology capabilities to be evaluated for different Joint Force complex kill chains through combinations of Live, Virtual, and Constructive forms of testing. This opportunity is limited to small business, SDVOSB, Seaport-NxG MAC holders; please include the Seaport MAC contract number in the proposal response.
