Introduction: The Department of the Treasury is issuing this Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business set-aside Request for Quote (RFQ) for the renovations of the Main Treasury's 5th Floor South Courtyard Offices as described within the Statement of Work (SOW). Period of Performance: One year (12-months) from date of award. Site Visit: 5 August 2026 @ 10 AM (Completed) Questions Due: 1:00 PM ET, 6 August 2026 Quote Due: 2:00 PM ET, 31 August 2026 (updated) Amendment 0001: Removes SDVOSB set-aside. Updates to 100% Small Business set-aside. Update drawings. Extends due date. Amendment 0002: Extends closing date to 31 August 2026; 2PM ET. SAM.gov Amendment Only: Extends closing date to 10 September 2026; 2PM ET.
