A00004 - The purpose of this amendment is to: 1. Make the following revisions as noted in the amendment SF30 continuation page & revised drawing labeled 2026-09-21 GLS Admin EAD-3 2. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. The proposal due date remains unchanged. //NOTHING FOLLOWS// A00003 - The purpose of this amendment is to: 1. Incorporate the final Questions and Answers (Q&A) log. 2. Incorporate revised specifications and drawings provided in the attached file titled "Addendum 9-17-26". All specification sections and drawings not explicitly revised by this amendment remain unchanged from the original solicitation or previous amendment. 3. Provide the Site Visit Sign-In Sheet. 4. The proposal due date and time of September 25, 2026, at 2:00 PM EST remains unchanged. //NOTHING FOLLOWS// A00002 - The purpose of this amendment is to: 1. Incorporate the revised drawing and specification sections. The revised drawings are labeled Attachment C_GLS Administration Building Drawings_RV1.pdf. The revised technical sections are labeled GLS Administration Building Technical Specifications_Revised Sections 09.03.26.zip. See the continuation page for additional details. 2. The due date for offers remains unchanged. //NOTHING FOLLOWS// A00001- The purpose of this amendment is to: 1. Correct the size standard listed within the RFP. This acquisition is solicited as a 100% Total Small Business Set-aside under NAICS 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction with a Size Standard of $45,000,000.00. 2. The proposal due date remains unchanged. 3. Offerors must acknowledge receipt of this amendment by signing and returning one (1) copy of this SF30 with their proposal submission. //NOTHING FOLLOWS// Project: Construction of New Administration Building and Maintenance Garage in Massena, NY. This acquisition is solicited as a 100% Total Small Business Set-aside. NAICS Code: 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, Size Standard -$45,000,000.00.
