When you need it

- Determine which professional or trade registers apply to your business:
- For all suppliers and service providers, cite the Registro della Camera di commercio, industria, agricoltura e artigianato.
- For supplies and services also list the Registro delle commissioni provinciali per l'artigianato.
- If you provide professional services, add the Consiglio nazionale degli ordini professionali.
- For works or services contracts include the Albo nazionale dei gestori ambientali where relevant.
- Obtain a recent extract (no older than 12 months) from each required register and attach it to your tender file.
- Record the registration numbers, issuing authority, and date of issue in the template fields provided.
- Verify that any certificates cited are still valid on the submission deadline.
