Traffic Control Equipment Maintenance and Emergency General Works Contract (2026) - Kildare County Council

Description

The provision of Traffic Control Equipment Maintenance and Emergency General Works Contract for a minimum two (2) year period which can be extended to a maximum period of four (4) years for Kildare County Council. The requirements of this Contract include, but are not limited to, the maintenance and supply and installation of equipment as follows: Main equipment • 97 signalised junctions (SCOOT, MOVA and VA controlled) monitored remotely on STRATOS, RMS or UTC-UX; 
 • 163 signal controlled remote pedestrian crossings monitored remotely on STATOS, RMS or UTC-UX; • 28 zebra crossing locations; 
 • 35 Periodic School Warning Signage sites (Flashing and Static) {Solar and Wind Powered} • 19 General Advance Warning Signage sites (Flashing and Static) {Solar and Wind Powered} • 65 Speed Display Signage sites • 2 Vehicle Actuated Variable Message Signs
