Horse Racing Ireland (HRI) was established by the Irish Government under the Horse and Greyhound Racing Act 2001 and the Irish Horseracing Industry Act 1994. It is a commercial semi-state body that is responsible for the administration, promotion and development of Horse Racing in Ireland. HRI subsidiaries include Irish Thoroughbred Marketing Ltd (ITM), Tote Ireland Ltd and HRI Racecourse Division consisting of Leopardstown Racecourse, Fairyhouse Racecourse, Navan Racecourse, Tipperary Racecourse and Leopardstown Golf Centre. HRI Headquarters are located in Ballymany, Newbridge, Co Kildare. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to use this framework for any other industry body in which it is involved or affiliated. Horse Racing Ireland (HRI) is looking for a SaaS based software solution for the electronic distribution of confidential documents in a secure manner for meetings of the organisation’s Board and Committees. The proposed Board and Meeting Management System must be cloud-based and securely hosted. The System must be fully managed, with no requirement for any involvement by the HRI’s staff in managing the server infrastructure. The Tenderer should provide an overview of their application solution, the software architecture and the technology used. The System must provide a user-friendly, intuitive interface that offers ease of navigation and requires minimum training or support to use the key functionality.
