Butler Gallery is a not-for-profit, museum accredited gallery presenting contemporary exhibitions, a permanent collection, events and a learning and engagement programme. The café provides an important visitor amenity and includes indoor seating, outdoor garden seating, glass pods, a fitted kitchen and service counter. The successful operator will work collaboratively with the gallery on visitor experience, events, venue hire and promotional opportunities.
