Establishment of a Single Party Framework Agreement for Specialist Construction Tender Document Peer Review Services and Specialist Construction Tender Document Peer Review Services for the Dunboyne Link Road Scheme The Service Provider will conduct a comprehensive, independent peer review of the complete Construction Tender and Contract package. The primary objective is to systematically identify errors, omissions, and contradictions. This review aims to protect the Local Authority from post-contract variations, financial claims, project delays, and contractual risks.
