How this is graded

The rubric comes from our free EU template library — every note's disqualification risks and scoring levers, drawn from Directive 2014/24/EU — applied to the tender you select. Findings that cannot be evidenced with a verbatim quote from your own submission are discarded before you see them, so nothing in the report is invented.
